Asso.Prof. Atiphan Pimkhaokham

Prof. Pimkhaokham graduated from Faculty of Dentistry, Chulalongkorn University (FDCU) in 1993. He continued his residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) at the same University. He started his career as a lecturer at FDCU in 1995. In 2002, he completed his PhD and OMFS training from Tokyo Medical and Dental University, Japan. He is also a Diplomate of Thai Board in OMFS. He also attended several certificate courses and continuing educations in Implant dentistry around the world. In 2002, he continued his career as a lecturer at FDCU. His research focus is involved in Bone regeneration, computer assisted implant surgery, AI in dentistry, thus he was engaged with number of Master, PhD, Post-doc, and residents. He published nationally and internationally more than 110 publications and the 5 textbooks. Dr. Pimkhaokham donated his time as an external examiner for PhD., Master and Residency candidate for several University and as a reviewer for several national and international journals. Moreover, he also invited as a guest speaker including keynote speaker in local and international symposium and conferences. Currently, Prof. Pimkhaokham is Chairman, Department of OMFS, FDCU, Visiting Assoc. Prof. at Tokyo Medical and Dental University, Fellow of International Team for Implantology (ITI) and Director of ITI scholar center (OMFS, FDCU, Thailand).
